INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — At only 3 years old, Moses the Manx cat has seen a few scuffles, but all he really wants is someone to love.
A Humane Society supporter found Moses outside with a significant injury to his eye that eventually called for surgery to remove it. According to the Humane Society, he’s still learning how to compensate for the missing eye. He startles easily if approached from his blind side.
Prior to arriving at the shelter, Moses’ front paws were declawed and he had been neutered.
He’s a very social and affectionate cat who loves human attention and likes to find a lap to curl up on. Finding a house with other cats would be just fine as Moses usually ignores feline friends.
Wherever he lands, Moses will definitely need to be a 100 percent, indoor cat.
