Warren Winchester, 82, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 12, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Winchester.
he was born in Waxhaw, NC on April 7th, 1932 and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 31 years, coming from Washington, DC.
Winchester was a retired Captain U.S. Navy and a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, Kiwani’s, and many boards and commissions. He was also a Vero Beach former mayor.
