John E. Chisholm III, 78, of Sebastian, passed away on March 1, 2014.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jeannine; son, John Chisholm; daughter, Mary Leigh McGlynn; stepchildren, Maureen Zaharie, Kathy Shortridge, and Bob Gilmore; seven grandsons; one granddaughter; and seven great-grandchildren.
A native of Newark, N.J., he was born on Nov. 27, 1935, the son of the late John and Ada Chisholm.
Chisholm came to the Sebastian area 22 years ago from Connecticut and had worked for Lockheed as a Quality Engineer in the Missile Defense systems. He was a Presbyterian and very passionate about fishing.
