Steven Munchak, 93, of Sebastian,died on March 21, 2014.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ada Munchak; three daughters, Sonia Fromang, Nina Wolfson (Marik), and Barbe Henrich; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was born Jan. 1, 1921 in Scranton Penn., and had been a resident of Sebastian for 22 years coming from Scottsdale, Ariz.
Munchak was a Veteran Medic of the U.S. Army during WWII and was a Member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Prior to retirement he was employed as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He also worked for Atlas Chemical Company as a computer operator.
