Dyer presents Difference Award to The Buggy Bunch

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Dyer Chevrolet and Dyer Mazda Subaru presented the Dyer Difference Award to The Buggy Bunch, which also received a $3,000 check.

The organization is the 70th recipient of the Dyer Difference Award. This award salutes a non-profit organization in Indian River County that is truly making a difference in the community.

The Buggy Bunch’s mission is to help moms in the community meet one another for fun and fellowship and fitness. All moms are welcome regardless of background, religious beliefs, and socioeconomic status. Membership is free.

The Dyer Difference Award is helping to sponsor the first ever, community-wide family event called KidBlast. The event takes place on May 17 at Riverside Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event will feature more than 20 zones focused on major industries in the community including automotive, banking, aviation, healthcare and agriculture.

KidBlast is designed to encourage interaction, creative construction, role playing, problem solving and fun for the entire family.
