VERO BEACH — Patty Carreau, Eleanor Dixon, and Shamara Turner team up once again in the ever popular rock & roll musical revue “Those Fabulous ’50’s,” which will open Theatre-Go-Round Dinner Theatre’s second location at The Quilted Giraffe Restaurant on Sunday, Oct. 13.
The show that celebrates a decade of solid gold hits will continue to run on Oct. 27, Nov. 10, 24, Dec. 8 and 22. The Giraffe is located at 500 US 1 South in Vero Beach.
“Those Fabulous ’50s” played to sold out houses at the 14th Avenue Steakhouse last spring for six weeks and left a waiting list for cancellations at the box office for every performance.
It went on to fill the Ft. Pierce Elks’ Lodge to standing room only capacity, and in August, this crowd pleaser traveled to King’s Isle in Port St. Lucie and again played to a sold out crowd of over 200.
The 1950’s spawned an era of sock hops, car hops, and happy harmonies with the likes of the McGuire Sisters. Our trio of ladies transports the audience back in time when American Bandstand was everyone’s favorite show.
Patron favorites include such memorable songs as Peppermint Twist, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow,? Mr. Sandman, Eddie My Love, and the ever popular Where the Boys Are.
Seating for dinner begins at 4:30 p.m. The menu features fresh mixed greens salad with bread and butter, a choice of artichoke stuffed colossal shrimp or roast pork tenderloin with chef’s potatoes or rice pilaf and vegetables.
Vanilla bean soufflé is served as dessert with coffee or tea.
The twilight performance begins at 6 p.m. Tableside beverage, beer, wine, and full liquor service are available throughout the evening.
The $55 all inclusive Dinner Theatre packages feature the 3 course dinner, twilight show ticket, tax, and gratuities.

Theatre-Go-Round continues to perform its current matinee season with “From Sea to Shining Sea” at the 14th Avenue Steakhouse in downtown Vero Beach on Sundays, Oct. 20, Nov. 3, 17, Dec. 1 & 15.
Seating for lunch starts at 12:30 p.m. The matinee show will begin at 2 p.m.
