Andrea Blanco, 86, died July 15, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Havana and lived Sebastian for seven years, coming from Miami.
Before retiring, she was a hairdresser.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her son, Chris Ulloa of Sebastian; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Elks Lodge 2714, 731 S. Fleming St., Sebastian, FL 32958.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Sebastian Elks Lodge.
