INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Tropical Storm Chantal has formed in the Atlantic Ocean.
It is currently moving quickly towards the Lesser Antilles. Currently Indian River County should be feeling the effects from the storm early Saturday morning, according to the National Hurricane Center.
