Jack M. Fisher, 61, died May 14, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in Vero Beach for three years, coming from Lake Mary.
Before retirement he was a district sales manager for an international medical sales company for more than 20 years.
He played left field for the Vero Beach Codgers softball team.
Survivors include his wife, Amy Fisher; son, Christopher Fisher, of Rosemount, Minn.; brother, Anton “Tony” Fisher Jr., of Grants Pass, Ore.; sister, Sandi Madsen, of Walla Walla, Wash.; and one grandson.

No services are planned at this time.
