Clifford Relford, 76, died April 18, 2013, in Vero Beach.
He was born in Pahokee, and lived in Indian River County for 55 years, coming from Quincy.
He was a retired school crossing guard.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Relford, of Vero Beach; sons, Simmie L. Hudson and Clifford A. Relford Jr., both of Vero Beach, and Michael D. Relford, of Charlotte, N.C.; daughters, Jackie M. Linton, of Tacoma, Wash., and Sanoma F. Relford. of Charlotte, N.C.; brothers, Bennie L. Relford, of Charlotte, N.C., and Louis C. Relford, of Quincy; sisters, Iola Allen and Carrie Sailor, both Quincy, Fredonia Bryant, of Vero Beach, and Jeanette Bryant-Brown, of Pembroke Pine; 23 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Shaun F. Relford.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. April 26 at Mount Zion AME Church.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. April 27 at St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Gifford Cemetery.
