Justin Blades, 30, died April 15, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Grand Fork, N.D., and lived in Vero Beach for 26 years, coming from Oregon, Ill.
He was a graduate of Vero Beach High School.
He worked as a drywall technician for eight years with R&M Drywall Spraying in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Blades, of Vero Beach; son, Damian Blades, of Vero Beach; daughter, LaNiya Blades, of Vero Beach; mother, Dina Blades, of Palm Bay; father, Charles Blades Jr., of Tennessee; brother, Charles Blades Jr., of Tennessee; sisters, Paige Hanley, of San Diego, Jessica Blades, of Palm Bay and Raquel Blades, of Tennessee; paternal grandmother, Peggy Powers, of Illinois; and maternal grandmother, Sis Braden of Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Blades Sr.; and maternal grandfather, Stan Braden.
Services will be private.
