David Michael Hyatt, 56, died March 9, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Detroit and lived in Vero Beach since 1972, coming from Northville, Mich.
He was employed by Honda in Melbourne.
Previously, he worked for Linus Cadillac in Vero Beach for 10 years.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He graduated from Vero Beach High School.
Survivors include his daughters, Danielle Hyatt Call and Monique Hyatt, both of Vero Beach; son, David Hyatt II, of Vero Beach; mother, Marie Dolores Hyatt, of Vero Beach; brother, Daryl Hyatt, of Vero Beach; sisters, Sharon Conkiln, of Pennsylvania and Vivian Arnold, of North Carolina; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nelson C. Hyatt; brother, Nelson M. Hyatt; and nephew, Jeffrey Hyatt Arnold.

A memorial service will be from 2 to 4 p.m. April 7 at the Vero Beach Women’s Club, 1534 21st St. in Vero Beach.
