Peggy Lynn Hayles, 61, died March 4, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Ashland, Ky., and lived in Vero Beach for 30 years, coming from Pennsville, N.J.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 39 of Vero Beach and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Malcolm E. Hayles, of Vero Beach; daughter, Kimberly Lynn Roman, of Eden, N.C.; mother, Beatrice Klepfer, of Sebastian; sisters, Kathy Streitz, of Pennsville, N.J., and Jani Taylor and Lisa Thompson, both of Sebastian; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
