Tracy Lynn Slade, 41, died Feb. 2, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Pompano Beach and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Fort Pierce.
Survivors include her husband, Jeremy Slade, of Vero Beach; sons, Michael Perry, of Vero Beach and Devin Perry, of Port St. Lucie; and parents, Phillip and Connie Ketcham, of Crescent City.
Services are private.
