Rossway Moore Swan paralegal receives appointment to Grievance Committee

VERO BEACH — Erin Foster Arena, paralegal at the law firm of Rossway Moore Swan, has been appointed to a three-year term, commencing Jan. 1, 2013, on the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “B” of the Florida Bar. Ms. Arena was selected to fill one of three available non-lawyer positions on the committee.

Ms. Arena has been with the law firm for 14 years in the litigation department and focuses her attention in the family law practice area.

She received her A.S. degree in Legal Assisting from Indian River Community College (1994) and has also earned the Certified Paralegal designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants (2001,) the Florida Certified Paralegal designation from the Paralegal Association of Florida (2006,) and is a Florida Registered Paralegal through the Florida Bar (2008.)

Ms. Arena continues enhancing her expertise by participating in certified educational seminars on an ongoing basis.
