Antoinette Carol “Toni” Fazzari, 66, died Jan. 5, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Pennsylvania, and lived in Vero Beach for 28 years, coming from Bricktown, N.J.
She was an event planner for Aloha Home Health Care.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Victor Fazzari, of Vero Beach; daughter, Christie Atkinson, of Winston-Salem, N.C.; son, Anthony Fazzari, of Rockledge; brothers, Michael Testa, of Massachusetts, and Joseph Testa, of New Jersey; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 8 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel, Vero Beach.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Jan. 9 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
