Lawrence M. Seaman Sr. died Nov. 30, 2012.
He was born in Catskill, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for eight years.
He owned a marine contracting business.
He graduated from St. Lawrence University.
Survivors include his companion of 21 years, Susan Faasen; son, Lawrence Seaman Jr.; daughter, Suzanne Seaman; and one grandchild.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Dec. 3 at Hospice House, Vero Beach.
