Ann Perrella, 98, died Dec. 21, 2012, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Montclair, N.J., and moved to Vero Beach in 1954 from Florham Park, N.J.
She had been an active member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for more than 50 years and one year was honored as “Mother of the Year.”
She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
She had assisted in the Perrella Accounting Firm and worked with her husband on several civic and community charitable organizations.
Survivors include her son, Ralph Perrella, of Marietta, Ga.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Silvio Perrella in 1990; and daughter, Anne Galbraith in 2008.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 28 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Dec. 29 at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
