Milton J. Phass, 80, died Dec. 25, 2012, at North Broward Medical Center.
He was born in Peekskill, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach.
He managed the family-owned Greek restaurant, “The Marathon,” in Peekskill.
He was a manager for Publix Supermarkets for more than 30 years.
He served in the Army.
He was a graduate of the University of Buffalo.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach.
Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Womack, of Vero Beach; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dr. Jack C. Phass and Peter Phass.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
