Louise C. Garland, 74, died Nov. 15, 2012, at Sebastian River Medical Center, Sebastian.
She was born in Baguio, Philippines, and lived in Sebastian for 26 years, coming from Clifton, N.J.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Vero Beach Orchid Society.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Frank A. Garland Jr., of Sebastian; daughters, Lauren Petagno, of Point Pleasant, N.J., and Cheryl Tomkowich, of Jacksonville; and sons, Paul Garland, of Centerville, Ohio, and Frank A. Garland III, of Sebastian.
