Joseph Huggins Sr., 79, died Oct. 31, 2012.
He was born in Fernandina and lived in Vero Beach.
He was a retired foreman in the citrus business.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include his sons, Milton Thomas, of Fellsmere, Joseph Huggins Jr., of Belle Glade and James Huggins, of Fellsmere; daughters, Sherry Cunningham and Altermease Randall, both of Fellsmere, Carolyn Horne, of Fort Pierce, Juanita Lewis and Matilda Huggins, both of Vero Beach, Lisa Renee Huggins, of Green Sea, S.C., and Laura Lee Huggins, of Gifford; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Huggins; and a brother.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 10, with the funeral at 1 p.m. at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Fellsmere.
Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Fellsmere.
