Ashley Nicole Blackburn West, 26, died Nov. 13, 2012.
She was born in Sebastian and lived in Vero Beach.
She was a 2005 graduate of Okeechobee High School.
Survivors include her husband, Josh West of New Orleans, La.; daughter, Addison Rayne Wetherington; parents, Julie and Kent Wetherington all of Adamsville, Tenn.; father, Paul Blackburn of Vero Beach; brother, Brandon of Vero Beach; paternal grandparents, Joe and Bobbie Blackburn of Vero Beach; and Don Allen of Okeechobee.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Glenda Allen and Alfred Smith.
The family will gather and receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time of 11 a.m. Nov. 24 at the Buxton Funeral Home Chapel, Okeechobee.
The Rev. Eric Phillips of the Everglades Baptist Church will be officiating.
