Peter Feola, 80, died Oct. 27, 2012, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
He was born in Giano Vetusto, Italy, and had been a resident of Vero Beach for five years, coming from Edison, N.J.
Before retirement, he owned and operated two liquor stores in New Jersey.
He served in the Navy during the Korean War.
He was a member of the Italian-American Club in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Lucy Feola; sons, Peter J. Feola, of South Orange, N.J., Carmine Feola, of Robbinsville, N.J., Steven Feola, of Freehood, N.J., and Jeffrey Feola, of Metuchen, N.J.; sister, Anntoinette Carrea, of Colonia, N.J.; brother, Anthony Feola, of Delaware; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at a later date in Edison.
Inurnment will be in St. Gertrude Catholic Cemetery in Colonia, N.J.
