Elizabeth (Howley) Ahlstrand, 94, died Aug. 28, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Greenwich, Conn., and was a longtime resident of Tamarac and Vero Beach.
Before retirement, she worked in banking in Connecticut and Florida.
Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Kropp, of Watertown, Conn., and Donna Ahlstrand, of New York City; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Ahlstrand; sisters, Edith and Dorothy Howley; brother, James Howley; and a grandchild.
