VERO BEACH — Vero Beach Art Club offers free artist demonstrations at their monthly General Meetings which are open to the public bringing affordable art awareness and education to Indian River County.
On Thursday, Oct. 4, Bob Lafferandre, former owner of Lafferandre Gallery in Fort Pierce, will fully demonstrate his technique on making fine copper plate etchings from start to finish.
The General Meetings are held in the Leonhardt Auditorium in the Vero Beach Museum of Art, 3001 Riverside Park Drive, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month from October to April except for December.
Social time is from 6:30 to 7 p.m., with meeting at 7 p.m., and this month’s presentation with Bob Lafferandre’s demo will begin following the meeting at approximately 7:20 p.m.
