Claude Padgett Jr., 71, died Sept. 19, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
He was born in St. Cloud and lived in Vero Beach for 59 years, coming from St. Cloud.
He worked as a manager in the citrus industry.
He was a member of New Hope Ministries, Winter Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Padgett, of Vero Beach; daughters, Carol Myers, of Michigan and Donna Schock, of Vero Beach; brother, Bill Padgett, of Winter Haven; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 26 at New Hope Ministries with Nancy Hart officiating.
