Carol A. Puzzele, 69, died Sept. 12, 2012, at the VNA Hospice of Indian River County.
She was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach.
She was a sewing machine operator in the garment industry.
Survivors include her husband, Michael D. Puzzele; and son, Michael C. Puzzele.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 22 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach.
Arrangements are by Palms West Funeral Home.
