Catherine J. Wouters, 77, died Aug. 25 at her home.
She was born in Macon, Ga., and lived in Vero Beach for 32 years, coming from Enterprise, Ala.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Frank D. Wouters, of Vero Beach; son, Frank D. Wouters Jr., of Palm Bay; daughters, Mary Catherine Jackett, of Orange Park and Patricia W. Martin, of Enterprise; sister, Carol E. Cheney, of Central Pointe, Ore.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 1 at the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
