End of summer luau at Cobalt Restaurant on Sept. 1

VERO BEACH — Cobalt, the breathtaking restaurant located inside Kimpton’s Vero Beach Hotel and Spa, is hosting its annual End of Summer Luau on Saturday, September 1, from 6-10 p.m. 

Cobalt is saying farewell to summer the way they do in the islands.

Guests are invited to celebrate Labor Day with a lavish Hawaiian pig roast, live island music, hula and fire dancers, and discounted tropical cocktails.  

The cost for this wonderful event is $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12 and includes a Hawaiian-inspired buffet prepared by Cobalt’s Chef Mike VanBuskirk, featuring:

Hawaiian style whole pig roast

Braised chicken thighs

Grilled local shrimp

Local greens salad

Island spiced rice

Tropical slaw

Sweet Potato salad

Macadamia nut cookies

Assorted macaroons

Watermelon, pineapple, honeydew, melon, star fruit
