INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Recreation Department is now recruiting volunteers for the Special Olympics Area Games held at the North County Aquatic Center on Saturday, Aug. 25 and Sunday, Aug. 26.
The volunteer hours will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.
60 volunteers will be needed to help with staging athletes, timing, and awards.
