Albert Anthony Stasse, 83, died Aug. 21, 2012, at Kindred Hospital, Melbourne.
He was born in Long Island City, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach since 2005, coming from Palm Beach Gardens.
Before retirement in 1990, he worked in public relations with AT&T, Morristown, N.J., and the former Western Electric, New York City, for 33 years before his early retirement in 1990.
He was an Air Force veteran, having served in the Korean War.
He was a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa., earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He was a member of the Indian River Club, Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Liliane H. Stasse, of Vero Beach.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
