Margaret E. Darress, 93, died July 3, 2012, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born in Gloversville, N.Y., and was a longtime resident of Long Island, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 15 years, coming from Hobe Sound.
She also lived in Kabul, Afghanistan; Berlin; and Frankfurt, Germany.
She was a member of the Anna Miller Circle of BPOE, Stuart-Jensen Lodge 1870.
Survivors include her sons, Bart Darress Jr., of Stuart, Richard Darress, of Mexico and Todd Darress, of Vero Beach; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Bart V. Darress Sr.; and brother, Henry Foote.
