Ruby M. Bell, 86, died July 21, 2012, at VNA Hospice House.
She was born in Haw River, N.C., and lived in Vero Beach for six years, coming from Virginia Beach, Va.
Before retirement, she was a computer operator with Naval Operation Base in Norfolk, Va.
Survivors include her nieces, Debra LeBleu, of Vero Beach, Jody Bell, of Eflin, N.C., and Carol McCullough, of Hurdle Mills, N.C.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. July 27 at Pinehill Cemetery in Burlington, N.C.
Out-of-town arrangements are by Lowe Funeral Home in Burlington, N.C.
Burial will be in Pinehill Cemetery, Burlington.
