Jimmy Ray Hendricks, 69, died June 12, 2012.
He was born in Brewton, Ala., and lived in Vero Beach.
He was an Army veteran, serving from 1968 to 1972 in Korea.
He worked as a certified general contractor in the Vero Beach area for 31 years and was a commercial fisherman for most of his life.
Survivors include his daughters, Melissa Hendricks Brown, of Brewton and Amanda L. Hendricks, of Vero Beach; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Bernard J. Hendricks.

Visitation will be at 1 p.m. June 24, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Gary Moore officiating at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
