Eddie Lee Williams Sr., 71, died May 21, 2012, at home.
He was born in Fort Pierce and lived in Indian River County for 15 years.
He was a retired machine operator in the construction business.
He was a member of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his sons, Harold E. Jones, of Fort Pierce, Harvey T. Jones, of New Jersey, Anthony Williams, of Gainesville, Javon Williams, of Vero Beach, and Eddie L. Williams Jr., Christopher D. Williams and Demonta Williams, all of Fort Pierce; daughters, Hope Nixx, of Dothan, Ala., Shamekka Williams, of Vero Beach, and Dominque Williams, of Fort Pierce; brothers, Robert Williams and Roosevelt Williams, both of Fort Pierce; sisters, Mary F. Preston, of Fort Pierce, and Dorothy Washington, of Mount Dora; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Antwan D. Williams and Rodney L. Williams; brothers, Oliver Williams and Lather Williams Jr.; sister, Carrie Mae Favors; and his first wife, Queen Ester Williams.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. June 1 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. June 2 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
