Mary Jane Shurtluff, 91, died March 19, 2012, in Orlando.
She was born in Akron, Ohio, coming to Vero Beach 25 years ago from New York.
She worked for Reuben H. Donnelley, was a former member of the Republican Club and attended St. Helen’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her son, John Shurtluff, of Vero Beach; half-sister, Eileen Tallman, of New Jersey; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John “Harry” Shurtluff.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at noon March 29 at St. Helen Catholic Church.
