VERO BEACH — Incumbents Linda Moore and Aaron Vos each were reelected to their council seats, while former council member Tracey Zudans won an election for a second term. "I am humbled and grateful to the people of Vero Beach for choosing me as one of the three voices to represent their interests," said Zudans, who ran for a county commission seat in 2024 instead of running for reelection. "I am excited to work with the community to make Vero an even more special place." Vos, who secured his second term, said he's grateful for the support of his family, neighbors, friends, as well as many new friends and acquaintances he made during his first term. "The support and encouragement of so many people who care about Vero Beach means a great deal to me," Vos said. "I look forward to continuing to serve our city and doing what's best for residents." Moore, Vero's former vice-mayor, said she is thankful for everyone's continued faith in her. "I won't let you down," Moore said. Vos led with 17.75 percent of the vote, followed by Moore with 14.37 percent and Zudans with 14.20 percent. The three were among eight candidates vying for three open seats on the Vero Beach City Council for the Nov. 3 general election.
