Anna Mae Hillgartner, 84, died Feb. 3, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., coming to Vero Beach 30 years ago from Springfield, Pa.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her son, Brad Hillgartner, of Morgantown, W.Va.; daughter, Janice Spotts, of Jamestown, R.I.; sister, Betsy Bradley, of Vero Beach; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Frank H. Hillgartner; and brother, “Pittsburgh Brad” Bradley.

A viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 6 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Feb. 7 at St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
