Arthur E. Hess, 89, died Feb. 4, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian for 18 years, coming from Stuart.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Genevieve Hess; and daughter, Barbara O’Keefe, both of Sebastian.
Services: A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 8 at Sebastian Cemetery with the Rev. John Morrissey of St. Sebastian Catholic Church officiating.
Arrangements are by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory in Sebastian.
