Vicie Lee Snell, 82, died Dec. 31, 2011, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Skipperville, Ala.
She lived in Indian River County since the early 1950s.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth Church, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her sons, George E. McGlown, Willie C. McGlown, and Larry J. McGlown, all of Gifford; daughters, Rrencie Pearsall, of Vero Beach; Shirley McGlown Wright, Dorothy Hart, and Christine McGlown-Manning, all of Gifford; sisters, Ozie Bell Holmes and Bessie Mae Moore, both of Gifford; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by his husband, George McGlown Sr.; brothers, Henry B. Reese, Lyles Reese, Jessie LeL Snell, and J.C. Reese; sisters, Ida Bell Williams, Ozell Larry, Hassie Mae Anderson, Cassie Mae Smith, Dorothy Reese, and Mattie Ruth Snell.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Jan. 6 at Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 7 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Vero Beach.
Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery, Gifford.
