  • Sonja Delores Dorothy, 31, of 8295 129th St., Sebastian; Arrest Location: Same; Arresting Agency: Indian River County Sheriff’s Office; Status: Held on $1,500 bond; Charges: Three Counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Felony Grand Theft, two counts of Misdemeanor Shoplifting/Retail Theft and Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest without Violence.
