Pamela F. Carr, 48, of Vero Beach, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born Aug. 21, 1963, in Vero Beach and later explored the Northeast, Canada and the West Coast before returning to Vero.
Pamela worked in the food industry and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Carr, of Vero Beach; daughter, Emily Carr, of Vero Beach; step-son, Kyle Carr, of Vero Beach; mother, Queenie Foster, of Vero Beach; three brothers, Garry Foster, of Fellsmere; Barry Foster, of Lenoir, N.C., and Nathan Foster, of Vero Beach; three sisters, Nicola Blanton, of Sebastian; Sandra Jenkins, of Vero Beach and Cynthia Koerner, of Winter Park.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin A. Foster and niece, Tracy Cooler.

A celebration of Life gathering will be held on Dec. 3, 2011, from 12-5 p.m. at the River House, Vero Beach.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
