Hazel Francis Perrin, 75, died Oct. 12, 2011, in Melbourne.
She was born in Malden, Mass., and lived in Sebastian since 1987, coming from Merrimack, N.H.
Before retiring, she was the head pastry chef for Florida Institute of Technology.
She was a member of the Italian Club.
Survivors include by her mother, Marjorie Miller; children, Michael Perrin, Leslie Perrin, Jean Perrin and Deborah Dionne; brothers, Edward Miller, Frank Miller and Dick Miller; and sister, Louise Miller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie in 2007.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Oct. 18 at Fountainhead Funeral Home.
Entombment will follow in Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay.
