Anthony J. Sabella, 76, died at home in Waleska, Ga.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian and Hollywood for more than 50 years.
He served in the Merchant Marine and later worked as a chef.
Survivors include his wife, Joan; sons, Robert and Stephen; daughters, Sharon, Sheila and Kimberly; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at the United Church of Sebastian.
