Joan Hillier DiMaina, 88, died Aug. 30, 2011, at her home.
She was born in Farnborough, England, and lived in Sebastian for 20 years, coming from New Lebanon, N.Y.
Before retiring, she was an office manager for Fowler-Finch Insurance Agency for 30 years.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church, where she was secretary/treasurer for the ECW.
She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Egan Boespflug, of Mechanicville, N.Y.; son, Michael Frank DiMaina, of Pawleys Island, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Michael Fred DiMaina.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church, 901 Clearmont St., Sebastian, FL 32958.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 at St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church, Sebastian.
