  • Ruth Melanie Mendez, 44, of 8055 101St Court, Vero Beach; Arrest Location: Same; Arresting Agency: Sebastian Police Department; Status: Held on $1,000 bond; Charges: Felony Burglary, Felony Aggravated Assault/Domestic Violence, Misdemeanor Battery Domestic Violence, Misdemeanor Battery and Felony Theft.
