James Fred Baker, 67, died Aug. 22, 2011, in St. Augustine.
He was born in Miami and lived in Vero Beach for more than 15 years.
Survivors include his daughters, Donna Brown, of Gainesville and Natasha Baker, of Fort Pierce; sons, Sean Baker, of Columbus, Ga., and Christopher Baker and Erik Baker, both of Vero Beach; brothers, Charles Baker and Henry Baker; sisters, Fannie Sweeting, Kay Frances Shinhoster and Juantina Simmions; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Donna Baker.
Services will be at a later date.
