Naomi Wallace, 67, died Aug. 5, 2011, in Vero Beach.
She was born in Cordele, Ga., and lived in Indian River County for 49 years, coming from her birthplace.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Wallace, of Vero Beach; daughters, Shirley Johnson, of Charleston, S.C., and Debbie Wallace, of Vero Beach; brothers, Johnnie Clarence June, of Newark, N.J., Alonzo Hayes, Richard Hayes and Alphonso Hayes, all of Cordele, and Willie Fred Hayes, of Atlanta; sisters, Barbara Hayes, of Marion, S.C., Mary Dean Fegins and Elizabeth Henderson, both of Atlanta, and Irene Hernandez and Annie Hayes, both of Cordele; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 12 at Hortense/Mills Funeral Chapel, Vero Beach.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 13 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Vero Beach.
Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery.
