SEBASTIAN — Come out to the St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park for a free Scrub Jay Walk on Friday, September 24 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Come out and learn about Florida’s only endemic bird species. Hikers should be able to walk over a mile in difficult terrain. Remember to bring water, a hat, sunscreen, binoculars, and a good pair of shoes or boots.
The walk begins at the St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park red trail entrance off of CR 512 in Fellsmere (west of I-95).
