Beatrice “Bea” Edie, 92, died May 26, 2010, at Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Sarnia, Ontario, and lived in Vero Beach since 1981, coming from Port Huron, Mich., and Cincinnati.
She was a homemaker and volunteered in the X-ray department of Children’s Hospital, Cincinnati.
She was involved in the activities of Community Church, Vero Beach and was a director of several bridge groups.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Floyd; son, James Edie of Lancaster, Ohio; and daughter, Nancy of Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her son, Floyd Jr.; and daughter, Marilyn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 733 Third Ave., New York, NY 10017-3288.
A memorial service will be at Wyoming Baptist Church, Cincinnati, at a later date.
